Terry Brooks is one of those writers who isn't happy unless he is working. Even though he has announced his semi-retirement, he is still planning fantasy tales he may yet write while assisting co-author Delilah S. Dawson with writing The First Druids of Shannara series.

Galaphile, Book 1 of The First Druids of Shannara series, is available now in fine bookstores. Brona, Book 2 of The First Druids of Shannara by Terry Brooks & Delilah S. Dawson, will publish August 25, 2026. More detail on that book coming soon.
